UK customers have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without having to provide a reason.

3. Defective or Damaged Products
If the product arrives damaged or defective:
• Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
• We will request photos or videos of the problem to expedite the process.
• Upon approval, you may choose a full refund, replacement, or store credit.
Return shipping costs are our responsibility in cases of defect or shipping error.
4. Items Not Eligible for Refund
The following items, for hygiene or specific characteristics reasons, cannot be returned unless they are defective:

• Perishable items
• Sealed products that have been opened (e.g., electrical equipment with broken seals)
5. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product:
• The refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• If only partially approved, we will inform you before processing.
6. Shipping Costs
• Regular cancellation: the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Damaged/defective product: LondonHomeKitchen covers all shipping costs.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of store error.
7. International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom:
• Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are non-refundable.
• Items returned due to refusal to pay fees may result in a partial refund.
